Jordan Jacobs

Senior Associate

Jordan Jacobs is a Senior Associate practising exclusively in family law. Since commencing his legal career, Jordan has been drawn to the deeply personal nature of family law and the opportunity to guide clients through some of the most difficult and important periods of their lives.

Jordan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from Monash University, and completed his Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice (GDLP) at the Leo Cussen Centre for Law. His commerce background assists him in understanding complex property and financial matters, and supports his commercially realistic approach to resolving disputes.

Jordan has experience across a broad range of family law matters, including parenting disputes, property settlements, family violence intervention orders, divorce and financial agreements. He is known for providing clear, practical and compassionate advice, working closely with clients to understand their priorities, explain their options in plain language, and achieve outcomes that are timely, sensible and commercially realistic.

Wherever possible, Jordan aims to resolve matters amicably and efficiently, while remaining a strong advocate for his clients when litigation is required.

Outside of work, Jordan can often be found trying to recapture his glory days on the Sunday league soccer field.
